The driver features an electrical interface (2SP0320T) or a fiber-optic interface (2SP0320V and 2SP0320S) with a built-in DC/DC power supply. The turn-on and turn-off gate resistors of both channels are not assembled in order to provide maximum flexibility. They must be assembled by the user before start of operation.
